Jordan

Jordan has been busking at every Tamworth Country Music Festival since he was 2 years old and has even been on stage with Tanya Kernighan, Bob Easter and Beccy Cole to name a few.

He has already released 3 CD’s. His second CD, the title track 'Just Like Slim' was written for him by his Grandfather Ray. Jordan actually gave Ray the idea for some of the lyrics because he really does want to be - just like Slim.
His 3rd and most recent CD is tiltled 'My Best Mate'. This song was written for Jordan by his mother Kristy. It is about Abbou, Jordan's dog (and best friend) who died almost 2 years ago. Jordan was devastated and it took a while for him to be able to sing it the whole way through without getting upset.

He was a guest performer at the Craig Giles Rising Stars concert in Tamworth this year and has just been invited back to do it again next year. He was also invited to perform at Lindsay Butler Studios this year at Tamworth.

Jordan performs regularly around the Penrith and Windsor areas. He performed at The Jolly Frog in Windsor on Father’s Day and had a ball.

His most recent achievements include being placed in 3rd position for Junior Vocal Open 16 years and under at Bellbird Workers Country Music Club 2010 Talent Quest. He also achieved 3rd place for Senior Songwriters and 1st place for Sub Junior vocal (9 years & under) at Steel City Country Music Club 2010 Talent Quest.

Jordan’s other interests include soccer and cooking with his Grandmother. He even took out 1st place for his Lemon Butter and Passionfruit Butter at this year’s Penrith Show.
